Israel captain Eyal Ran said: "This changes the momentum of the tie. Now we are still alive and we hope a lot in what Dudi Sela can do (against Fernando Gonzalez)."

Ram added: "Dudi is our magician, we are here in a great way because of him. I am going to stay tomorrow to support and cheer him.

Monday's first match sees Sela take on Gonzalez, and if he cna win that, the tie will be decided by Harel Levy's match against Nicolas Massu.

The tie will be concluded on Monday after the start was postponed for 24 hours due to last week's earthquake.
