Thursday 19th November 2009

Having not ridden a bike for over 20 years, it's safe to say that Karin Hirsch surprised her family and friends when she announced that she was going to take part in the Eilat Triathlon for special needs charity Kisharon.

Having completed the London Marathon in April, the 50-year-old mother of two has decided to head down to Southern Israel for the annual event training up to five times a week to ensure she's in prime condition.
