Fox probe - the Israel link
Beleaguered Secretary of State for Defence Liam Fox has admitted that it was "inappropriate" for Adam Werritty to be present at a meeting with Matthew Gould, who had yet to be appointed ambassador to Israel.
Dr Fox, a staunch friend of Israel in the Cabinet, has acknowledged that Werritty's attendance at the meeting was "inappropriate".
