The two remaining quarter-final ties were played in the Masters Cup, while in division one, London Maccabi Lions A put seven past Brady B.

Henry Swerner Maccabi Masters Football League Cup sponsored by Tux’n’Tails, the remaining two quarter finals saw Glenthorne A and South Mancunians through to the semis, where they will join Brady A and EDRS.

Adam Lennard, Sid Shaw, Andy Block, Ray Russell and Jon Diamond all found the net as Glenthorne A beat off the challenge from Clayhall, and South Mancunians saw off Temple Fortune 5-1 thanks to a Jon Cohen hat-trick, plus goals from Kevin Lotzov and player-manager Eric Elbaz. Steve Feiger scored Fortune’s consolation.

Division One
Leaders Brady A had the narrowest of victories, beating bottom-of-the-table Faithfold A 2-1 thanks to a last-minute winner from Jonny Cohen. Joel Nathan and Marc Abrahams had already scored for Faithfold and Brady respectively.

And Lions A won out over Brady B 7-2 thanks to two goals each from Spencer Steinberg and Tony Gold, while Laurence Swerner, Craig Henry and an own goal completed the win. Pete Sugarman and Barry Lampert scored for Brady.
