MASTERS CUP DRAW

--------------------------------

Division One
Faithfold's resurgence continued with a 5-4 win over North London Raiders, with debutant Daryl Phillips notching four to add to Clive Nathan's goal, to lift them off the bottom for the first time this season.

Brady A kept up their title challenge as they beat South Mancs 4-2 thanks to a Scott Ansher double, Laurence Myers penalty, and Mark Wagman strike. Richard Smith and Mark Powell scored for Manx.

But Glenthorne A maintained their lead at the top, edging out Lions A 3-2, courtesy of goals a double from Jason Levy and Elliot Mullish. Adam Brand and Tim Levene replied for Lions.

Division Two
Lions B saw their recent good run come to an end as they were beaten 3-2 by Glenthorne B. Peter Sollosi's strike and Adam Leonard's brace saw them to the points. Mark Pollack and Anthony Snow responded for Lions.

In the battle of the top two, EDRS again came out 2-1 victors to give them one hand on the title trophy. Jacob Namer's retaken penalty gave EDRS a slender lead just before the interval, after Howard Wallis had saved his first effort, but guest James Ryan equalised for Norstar just after the break. EDRS secured the points with just ten minutes remaining with a lob from Phil Silver.
