HMH held their annual end of season awards evening at The Village hotel in Elstree, and saw HMH U9 White's named as the team of the season.

HMH registrations secretary Deri Ansher said: "The team managed to complete every game of their season despite losing all but one match and did so without complaint, with a smile on their faces and with a dedicated team of managers, players as well as parents."

While naming both the Player and Players Player of the Season awards across all their teams, special praise was also reserved for Nick Sonenfield who was named Club man of the season and Mark Summerfield who picked up the manager of the season accolade.

Ansher added: "Nick's award was presented to him as he devotes so much time and effort to the club and has done so for many seasons, while executed all his administrative duties without complaint each and every week and on time too. He also didn't call matches off at the drop of a hat and contributed to ensure that all his players had an amazing first season of Maccabi Junior football."
