Nestled away in the vibey suburb of Notting Hill, Notting Hill Brasserie offers the creme de la creme of cuisine with five star service at reasonable prices. Guests leave feeling enchanted, allowing the food and service to enhance the evening.

Notting Hill Brasserie boasts an array of stylish furnishings to create a venue that is both visually stunning and comfortable. Whether you are on the go, between shops, trying to catch a glimpse of Elle MacPherson and Guy Ritchie who have become regulars or meeting loved ones or business associates, Notting Hill Brasserie caters for all your needs with a lunch menu, jazz lunch on Sunday, private dining, bar or an a la carte menu.

My dining partner and I began the warm salad of baby beetroot with crottin de chavignol and poached egg beignet and the seared tuna. Both were sizable dishes and fresh.

For main courses, a wide range of dishes are on offer and while the restaurant is not kosher, there are several dishes which will tempt your palate. I tucked into the pan fried seabass with pumpkin puree, truffle gnocchi, baby gem and truffle emulsion. A delicious dish which was accompanied well with a side order of honey roasted root vegetable. My companion, meanwhile, tried an equally mouth-watering vegetarian squash encased in puff pastry with feta and pine nuts and served with a celeriac puree.

And so to dessert. The tempting prospect of banana financier, milk ice cream, hazelnut crumble and caramel thyme sauce as well as bitter chocolate and chilli moelleux, candied celery cream and a mandarin shot overwhelmed me.

Notting Hill Brasserie have a mix of good food, ambience and service. The experienced and motivated team assist in bringing about a new dining culture. Once setting foot in the restaurant and experiencing what it has to offer, it is clear why the restaurant is constantly buzzing.

Add to this, wonderfully fresh ingredients, beautifully presented dishes, first-rate and personal service and a charming intimate space - and you have a recipe for a rare restaurant - one fit for everyone!
